The 2023 Lottery for an additional parking space has now been scheduled. This program provides an opportunity for homeowners to rent an extra parking space, beyond the two spaces each household is already assigned.

Please find the key details below:

 

Applications: An application form for the parking lottery is included in this month's newsletter and as an attachment. As a homeowner, you are required to sign it. If you are a renter, please provide a valid lease with your application.

Parking Spaces: A map of the available parking spaces is also included in the newsletter and as an attachment.
Rental Period & Cost: The rental period runs from July 1, 2023, to June 30, 2024. The cost for this period is $400.00.

Lottery Submission: Completed forms can be submitted at the Bristow Village Annual Meeting on June 6, 2023, at the Kings Park Library, 9000 Burke Lake Road, or to Laurie at the BVHA pool on June 13, 2023. All forms must be in by 6:30 pm on June 13, 2023.

Lottery Date: The lottery will be held on Tuesday, June 13, 2023, at 6:30 p.m. at the Bristow Village pool. Please be present to receive your lottery ticket.

Eligibility: To be eligible for the lottery, your HOA dues must be up-to-date and you should not have any open violations or outstanding fines.
